§ 10.60.010. Parking meter zones and regulations.¶
The city council may by ordinance establish parking meter zones on streets or portions of streets within the city within which parking a vehicle shall be controlled and regulated with the aid of parking meters. In addition to establishing such parking meter zones, the council may by ordinance establish such other regulations as may be necessary or appropriate with respect to the manner of installation of said meters, operational procedures and other matters relating to such parking meters.
