§ 9.92.010. Minors prohibited from possession.¶
No person under the age of 18 years shall have in his possession on any public street, or public place in the City, any B.B. gun or air-operated pistol or rifle or firearm.

§ 9.92.020. Discharges in city limits—Prohibited.¶
No person shall discharge any B.B. gun, air-operated pistol or rifle or firearm within the City limits.

§ 9.92.030. Discharges in city limits—Exemptions.¶
The provisions of Section 9.92.020 herein shall not apply to police officers operating such a device in the line of duty or at a target range established or licensed by the City.

§ 9.92.040. Shooting clubs and target ranges exempt generally.¶
The provisions of Sections 9.92.010 and 9.92.020 herein shall not apply to any person lawfully enrolled in or who is a member of a lawfully established target, pistol, revolver or rifle range, nor shall Sections 9.92.010 and 9.92.020 apply to or include any person shooting at any revolver, pistol or rifle range approved by the City Council.

§ 9.92.050. Minor to carry written authorization when.¶
Whenever a person under the age of 18 years possesses, has custody and control of any B.B. gun, air-operated pistol or rifle or firearms, while going to or from such target range and while discharging or shooting at such target range, shall have in his immediate possession a signed, dated, written authorization from a parent or guardian to do so.
