§ 9.84.010. Permission from a parent or guardian required.¶

It is unlawful for any junk dealer or secondhand dealer to buy, purchase or receive any article from any minor under the age of 18 years without a written authorization from the parent of such minor authorizing the minor to sell or dispose of such article.
