§ 3.08.010. Assessment and collection.¶

The assessment and collection of ad valorem property taxes on property located within the City, and the collection of assessments levied for municipal improvements within the City, shall be performed by the Assessor and the Tax Collector of Contra Costa County in conformance with Sections 51500 and following of the Government Code of the State (1963).
