§ 12.32.010. Dedication—Defined.¶

A. All streets, lanes, places, avenues and portions thereof, including extensions in length and width, within the City limits which on or before February 10, 1932 have been dedicated by the owners thereof to public use, or which on or before February 10, 1932 have been opened or offered by the owners for the use of the public, are accepted and declared to be open public streets of the City.

B. All streets represented on all maps of the City which, on or before February 10, 1932 were filed and of record in the office of the County Recorder are declared to be such streets.
