§ 21.18.010. Sanitary sewers.

The subdivider shall install sanitary sewer facilities connecting with a sanitary district sewage disposal system to serve each lot, in accord with plans approved by the City Engineer. The sanitary sewerage facilities connecting with the City shall be installed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.

§ 21.18.020. Water supply.

The subdivider shall install adequate water mains connecting with the City water supply system which can serve each lot, in accord with plans approved by the City Engineer. The water mains shall be installed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
