Martinez Municipal Code Ch. 21.12 Watercourses

In the event that the subdivision is traversed by any watercourses, channels, streams or creeks, the subdivider may be required to dedicate to the City easements for storm drainage or conservation purposes conforming substantially with the lines of such watercourses, channels, streams or creeks, and may be required to dedicate such additional easements for structures or channel changes or both to adequately dispose of surface and storm waters.
