Sec. 15.5.1. HOME-SHARING FEES ¶

A. The following fees shall be charged and collected in connection with the corresponding

applications filed pursuant to Sec. 5C.3.2. (Home-Sharing Program) .

B. The Department of City Planning shall cause all money collected pursuant to this Section (Home-

Sharing Fees) to be deposited into the Short-Term Rental Enforcement Trust described in Sec.

5.576. (Creation and Administration of the Short-Term Rental Enforcement Trust Fund) of the LAAC

for purposes of disbursement as permitted therein.
