91.6204.1. Identification.

91.6204.2. Notification to Sign Purchasers.

Any person who sells an identification sign, monument sign, pole sign, projecting sign or wall sign, as those terms are defined in Chapter I of the LAMC, for installation in the City of Los Angeles, shall provide written notice of the provisions of this division to the purchaser. The Superintendent shall promulgate regulations setting forth the content for this notification.
