§ 6.24.010. Beehives.

A. No person shall establish or maintain a beehive anywhere within the city.

B. For the purposes of this section, a "beehive" means any box, container, structure, chamber or shelter within which bees are kept or of which bees have taken possession.

§ 6.24.020. Pigeon keeping—Prohibited.

No person shall have, keep, maintain, or have in possession or under control any pigeon within the city.
