§ 8.12.010. Findings.¶
Based upon the findings of engineering and traffic studies, the council of the town, by minute action and the adoption of Resolution Nos. 87-14, 87-19 and 87-21, determined speed limits on specified streets within the town. It is the council's intention to ratify such established speed limits by the adoption of the ordinance codified in this chapter.

§ 8.12.020. Twenty-five miles per hour.¶
The council of the town of Loomis adopts speed limits as indicated for the following streets:
Taylor Road—South of King Road to Circle
Drive Horseshoe Bar Road—South of Callison Street
Humphrey Road—Catalpa Court to town limits
Bankhead Road—Sierra College
Boulevard to King Road
Swetzer Road—South of Mareta Lane (northbound)

§ 8.12.030. Thirty miles per hour.¶
The council of the town of Loomis adopts speed limits as indicated for the following streets:
Horseshoe Bar Road—South of I-80 Eastbound Ramps
Humphrey Road—South of Catalpa Court
Rippey Road—North of Taylor Road

§ 8.12.040. Thirty-five miles per hour.¶
The council of the town of Loomis adopts speed limits as indicated for the following streets:
Horseshoe Bar Road—North of "T"
King Road—West of Swetzer Road and East of Day Avenue
Laird Road—North of White Lane
Taylor Road—At Circle Drive and North of King Road
Swetzer Road—South of Mareta Lane (southbound)
Brace Road—East of Sierra College Boulevard and West of Barton Road
Wells Avenue—East of Cassell Lane

§ 8.12.050. Forty miles per hour.¶
The council of the town of Loomis adopts speed limits as indicated for the following streets:
Barton Road—South of Brace Road and South of La Vista Drive
Del Mar Avenue—North of King Road and North of Rocklin City Limits King Road—East of Sierra College Boulevard
Wells Avenue—East of Barton Road Rocklin
Road—West of Barton Road
Taylor Road—North of Sierra College Boulevard
Sierra College Boulevard—South of Brace Road

§ 8.12.070. Fifty miles per hour.¶
The council of the town of Loomis adopts speed limits as indicated for the following streets:
Sierra College Boulevard—Bankhead Road to northern town limit.
