§ 5.04.010. License required.

It is unlawful for any person, firm, company, association or corporation to operate, conduct, or carry on any of the following enumerated activities, but not restricted to, carnivals, circuses, shows, rodeos, or amusement productions for gain within the county, outside incorporated cities and towns without first obtaining a license therefor from the county license collector.

§ 5.04.020. County license collector designated.

The county treasurer is designated as license collector for the county.

§ 5.04.030. License—Fee.

For each license issued pursuant to provisions of this chapter, the county license collector shall charge and receive five hundred dollars per day except such recognized county organizations as are approved by the board of supervisors.
