§ 3.21.010. Exemption for property tax escape assessments in value of three thousand…¶

There is hereby established an exemption for escape assessments of three thousand dollars or less. The assessor is prohibited from making an escape assessment of an appraisal unit where that assessment amounts to three thousand dollars or less.
