§ 7320. General Provisions.

No person shall, within the City of Lakewood, erect, construct, enlarge or alter any building or structure or cause the same to be done without first having complied with the provisions of this Chapter.

§ 7321. City Engineer to Enforce.

The City Engineer shall enforce and administer all of the provisions of this Chapter.
