§ 15.20.280. Abrogation and greater restrictions.¶

Except as specifically provided in this chapter, this chapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate, annul or in any way affect any existing provisions of any laws or ordinances or regulations or permits previously adopted or issued, relating to condominium construction; provided, however, in any instances where this chapter imposes greater restrictions required by an existing law, ordinance, regulation or permit, the provisions of this chapter shall control.
