California Electrical Code, 2025 Edition (California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 3), based on the 2023 National Electrical Code as published by the National Fire Protection Association, including Article 89, together with the amendments provided in this chapter, is hereby adopted by reference as the Electrical Code of the City of Lake Forest, regulating all installation, arrangement, alteration, repair, use and other operation of electrical wiring, connections, fixtures and other electrical appliances on premises within the City, of which Code not less than one copy has been made and is now filed in the office of the City Clerk; and the same is adopted and incorporated as fully as if set forth at length herein.
