§ 9.48.010. Prohibited acts.¶

It is unlawful for any person to operate an aircraft, including, but not limited to, an ultralight vehicle, an ultralight aircraft, or a motorized hang glider, in violation of Federal Aviation Regulations, Part 91 (General Operating and Flight Rules) as amended and as hereafter amended, or Part 101 (Moored Balloons, Kites, Ultralight Vehicles, Unmanned Rockets, and Unmanned Free Balloons) as amended, and as hereafter amended, within or above the City limits.
