Sec. 10-2-410. - Scope.¶
All animal exhibitions and animal events shall comply with section 10-1-38 and the requirements of this article.

Sec. 10-2-411. - Animal safekeeping.¶
All animals shall be kept in a manner to prevent escape and in a manner to not endanger human life or damage property.

Sec. 10-2-412. - Water supply.¶
All water supplied for domestic use shall be from an approved source of potable water.

Sec. 10-2-413. - Fly control.¶
Fly breeding shall be controlled by removing all organic waste daily from the premises. This includes cleaning of the vehicles, upon arrival, that transport the animals. Insecticides, both residual and quick knockdown sprays, shall be available and used as directed by the health officer.

Sec. 10-2-414. - Final cleanup.¶
The licensee shall ensure all animal waste, trash and other debris is promptly removed at the conclusion of the animal event or animal exhibition.
