§ 16.38.100. Performance required.

A. The city engineer shall have full and continuing jurisdiction and authority to secure satisfactory performance from the developer using all means prescribed by law including but not limited to performance deposit, cash bond, in-lieu payment, or other means necessary to ensure completion of all-improvements and conditions of approval.

B. The developer shall, at developer's own expense, be required to develop a mitigation monitoring program to ensure satisfactory compliance with all terms and conditions of approval prescribed by this code and the conditions imposed by any decision-making body as defined in this title.
