§ 13.32.010. Permit required.

It is unlawful for any person to construct or cause to be constructed any domestic water facility or use water from any city water line without first having secured a permit therefor and having paid an application fee as prescribed by the city. A permit to use water or construct water facilities shall be granted upon application made upon a form furnished by the city. The director of public works shall thereupon issue a permit authorizing the use of water or construction of such improvements subject to the same being constructed in conformity with all city ordinances, rules, regulations and specifications, and upon there having been paid the required fees as may be established from time to time.
