§ 5.25.010. Water utility franchise fee.¶

Every person, firm or corporation conducting, managing or carrying on in the city the business of selling and distributing water as a public utility shall pay to the city an annual franchise fee equal to two percent of the gross annual receipts of such business derived from business conducted with the city.

Said annual franchise fee shall be due and payable within thirty days following the close of each calendar year.
