Sec. 3-14-1. - Intensity.¶
A. Applicability. Intensity requirements apply to all residential and nonresidential developments. Residential intensity in the zoning ordinance is based on net acreage.
B. Intensity range. See Chapter 3-37 and the General Plan land use element, statistical tables Figures 1 through 6.
C. Exception. Caretaker's quarters, as defined in the zoning ordinance, will not be designated as a residential dwelling unit for purposes of calculating development intensity.
