Sec. 3-13-1. - Flagpoles.

A. Commercial, industrial or office. Flagpoles for the display of official flags are permitted on any site. The maximum height shall be consistent with Section 3-9-1.B.

B. Residential and institutional. Flagpoles for the display of official flags are permitted on any site. The maximum height shall be consistent with Section 3-9-1.B.
