§ 9.48.010. Fish Springs Slough—Fishing prohibited.

It is unlawful to angle in or take any fish in Fish Springs Slough from the lower (easterly) end of Fish Springs Rearing Ponds to a point three hundred feet east of the lower (easterly) end of Fish Springs Rearing Ponds.

§ 9.48.020. Violation of Section 9.48.010—Penalty.

Violation of any of the provisions of Sections 9.48.010 and 9.48.020 is a misdemeanor, punishable by fine of not less than twenty-five dollars or more than five hundred dollars, or imprisonment for not in excess of one hundred eighty days in theCounty Jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

§ 9.48.030. Little Lake—Fishing prohibited.

It is unlawful to take any fish or angle in the lake commonly known as "Little Lake," which lake lies just north of the town of Little Lake, Inyo County, in that portion of the lake described as follows: An area extending for fifty feet on each side of the centerline of U.S. Highway 395 and 6 for the entire distance where U.S. Highway 395 and 6 is adjacent to the lake on either side of the highway.
