§ 11.64.010. Penalty for violations.¶
Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of Title 11 of the Indian Wells Municipal Code is guilty of an infraction, unless by ordinance the violation is made a misdemeanor.

§ 11.64.020. Deposit to traffic safety fund.¶
Whenever any fines and/or forfeitures collected pursuant to Chapter 1.16 are for violations to provisions of Title 11, said collections shall be deposited into a special fund.
