Huntington Park Municipal Code Ch. 3 Health Code

The City hereby adopts as the Public Health Code of the City, Title 11, Health and Safety, Division 1, Health Code of the Los Angeles County Code, as amended to date. A copy of the Public Health Code is on file in the office of the City Clerk, and shall be at all times maintained for use and examination by the public.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or the Public Health Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
