Holtville Municipal Code Ch. 9.80 Consumption of Intoxicating Beverages

No person shall consume any beer, wine, or other intoxicating beverage on any street, sidewalk, alley, parking lot, highway, playground, or any public place where said consumption is not expressly permitted by the state or by resolution of the city council. This section shall not be deemed to make punishable, by city ordinance, any act or acts which are prohibited by any law of the state.
