§ 13.12.010. Monthly charges.¶
The monthly sanitation service charge for all users of the city sewer system shall be set by resolution of the council.

§ 13.12.020. Deposit of moneys.¶
All money collected from charges for sewer service and sewer connection fees shall be deposited in the sewer fund.

§ 13.12.030. Connection charges.¶
In addition to the permit fee in HMC § 13.16.020, the city shall charge the property owner such connection charges as are set by resolution of the council.
