9.20.010 - Prohibition.¶

No person having possession, charge of or control of any room, quarters, house, apartment, or any premises shall charge any person or persons any sum of money, or representative of value, for the privilege of playing any game of chance or skill with cards or dice not mentioned in Sections 330 and 330-a of the Penal Code of the state.
