13.24.010 - Fire hydrants.¶
It is unlawful for any unauthorized person, firm or corporation to draw, take, or attempt to draw or take water from (or to connect or cause to be connected any hose, pipe, tube, or other instrument with) (a) any municipal fire hydrant, (b) any water main exclusively serving any such municipal fire hydrant, or (c) any hydrant, faucet, or tap through which the town has the exclusive right to draw water.
