Sec. 3-3.01. Establishing Fire Zones.¶

Fire zones are hereby established for the City of Hercules as follows:

Fire Zone 2—All areas of the City which are in commercial zoning districts pursuant to the Hercules Zoning Ordinance (Ch. 1. Title 10, commencing with Sec. 10-1.101, of this Code).

Fire Zone 3—All areas of the City not included in Fire Zone 2.
