§ 9.56.010. Regulations.¶
No person, except an authorized agent or employee of a person engaged in the business of furnishing or supplying gas, and whose service pipes supply or connect with the particular premises, shall turn on, connect or reconnect gas service in or upon any premises wherein gas service is not, at the time, being rendered.
