§ 16.28.010. When required.

Where alleys are not required, utility easements may be required generally through the interior of the block and in approximately the location that would be occupied by an alley. If the easement parallels the boundary of a subdivision along which no contiguous easement exists, the utility easements, if required, shall be not less than ten feet in width. Such easements, if required, shall be noted as provided in Section l6.44.140E.
