§ 2.32.010. State Employees' Retirement System–Contract.¶
A contract between the city council and the board of administration of the California Public Employees' Retirement System is authorized, a copy of said contract being attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter, marked "Exhibit A," and on file in the office of the city clerk, and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.

§ 2.32.020. Mayor to execute contract:¶
The mayor of the city council is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said contract for and on behalf of said agency.
