§ 19.02.010. Title:

The ordinances codified in this title shall be known and may be cited as the IMPACT MITIGATION FEE ORDINANCE.

§ 19.02.020. Purpose:

The purpose of this title is to impose impact mitigation fees on new residential, commercial, industrial and other developments in the city in order to offset the costs of upgrading and expanding public facilities and public services necessitated by such developments.

§ 19.02.030. Time of payment:

Fees imposed by this title shall be due and payable on the date of final inspection of the development, or on the date the certificate of occupancy for the same is issued, whichever occurs last.

§ 19.02.040. Effective date:

Fees imposed by this title, and increases in the same, shall take effect upon the expiration of sixty (60) days from and after the date of final action on the adoption of any such fee or fee increase.
