§ 2.13.010. Municipal Library Established.¶
A public municipal library is hereby established to be maintained in all respects in accordance with the provisions of Education Code Section 18700 et seq.

§ 2.13.020. Library Board of Trustees Created.¶
The City Council of the City of Goleta is hereby designated as the Library Board of Trustees pursuant to Education Code Section 18910 et seq.
