§ 2.32.010. Established.¶
A public library is hereby established to be known as the "Glendora Public Library." The library shall be managed by a board of library trustees, as established in Chapter 2.18, which shall have the powers and duties prescribed by Section 18900 et seq., of the State Education Code.
