§ 8.45.010. Prohibition.

No person shall allow, conduct, or permit on any premises within the City open to the public any of the following activities between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. during any day of the week:

A. Dancing, whether by owners, operators, paid performers, or customers;

B. Live music, whether performed by professionals or customers;

C. Playing of billiards, pool, or bagatelle, whether or not a fee is charged or paid by anyone; or

D. Operation of a peep show establishment or device or arcade as defined in Chapter 5.60 of this Code.

§ 8.45.020. Application.

The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all establishments, without exception, open to the public within the City.
