§ 5.75.000. Cable television licensing - uncodified.¶
Chapter 5.75 of the Galt Municipal Code entitled, "Cable Television Licensing Ordinance," as amended and restated from time to time, may be viewed in its entirety in the City Clerk's office at Galt City Hall. Chapter 5.75 establishes a plan for the licensing of cable television services within Sacramento County and the cities that are members of the Sacramento Metropolitan Cable Commission.
