13.36.010 - Restrictions—Waters designated.¶
It is lawful to operate any boat in excess of fifteen miles per hour or to water ski, aquaplane or tow behind any boat any person riding water skis, an aquaplane or similar device upon Florence, Edison, Wishon, or Courtright lakes or reservoirs.

13.36.020 - Five miles per hour/no wake zone.¶
It is unlawful to operate any vessel or watercraft in excess of five miles per hour or create a wake upon any county lake, river or any other body of water which would be dangerous to persons or property when prohibited by signs or regulation markers authorized by the sheriff or the director of public works and planning or designee.

13.36.030 - Night speed.¶
It is unlawful for any person to operate any boat upon a body of water subject to the provisions of this title between the period from sunset to sunrise at a speed in excess of five miles per hour.

13.36.040 - Speed not to exceed fifty miles per hour.¶
Notwithstanding other speed limit provisions in this chapter, it is unlawful to operate a motorboat in excess of fifty miles per hour on any lake in the county of Fresno. As used in this section, the term "motorboat" is defined as provided in Section 13.60.020(A). This provisions shall not apply to any sanctioned racing event for which appropriate permits are issued.
