10.08.010 - Loitering around jail.¶
It is unlawful for any person to loiter around the windows of the Fresno County Jail, or to talk to prisoners confined therein through the jail windows.

10.08.020 - Unlawful entry—Entertainments.¶
Any person who, without the consent of the lawful occupant, enters or attempts to enter any enclosure, building or other structure on land owned by or leased to the state, or any county, city, school district or other political subdivision of the state in which enclosure, building or other structure any public or private exhibition or other entertainment is being or is about to be conducted or held, for admission to which exhibition or entertainment enclosure a fee is being charged, or who climbs or attempts to climb, dig under or push through the outer fence, wall or other barrier forming any such enclosure, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

10.08.030 - Unlawful entry—Fairgrounds.¶
It is unlawful for any person to enter or go upon or over those certain lands and buildings owned by the county, situated in the county and state, and commonly known as the county fair grounds, the exterior boundaries of which are Ventura Avenue on the north, Maple Avenue on the east, Butler Avenue on the south and Chance Avenue on the west, or any part or portion thereof, without the authority or permission of the twenty-first district agricultural association.

10.08.040 - Trespassing—Schoolgrounds.¶
It is unlawful for any person, not a student of the school involved, to return to any school grounds, school buildings or streets, sidewalks or public ways adjacent thereto, without lawful business therein, within a period of ninety days if the person has been asked during school hours or during school functions to leave the school grounds, school buildings or streets, sidewalks or public ways adjacent thereto, by the chief administrative officer of the school, or by any certificated school employee designated as the agent of the chief administrative officer or by any peace officer for any of the following reasons:
A. Misconduct on or about any of the above described premises (misconduct is to be defined by local school regulations regarding conduct on campus, or by Penal Code Section 415);
B. Conviction of any offense requiring registration under Section 290 of the Penal Code;
C. Conviction of any offense included in Division 10 or Division 10.5 of the Health and Safety Code of the state; or
D. Repeated or frequent loitering in or about the above described premises, without having lawful business at said premises.
