13.40.010 - Dumping debris.

It is unlawful for any person to dump or place in any public waters any human waste, sewage, garbage, trash, gasoline, oil, sawdust, debris or other foreign matter whether from a boat, the shore or any other place.

13.40.020 - Shooting across waters.

It is unlawful for any person to shoot any firearms or gun operated by compressed gases or a spring from any boat or across or over any portion of the waters of any lake or reservoir; provided, however, that nothing in this section shall prohibit the shooting of a shotgun from a boat or across lake or reservoir waters during the lawful waterfowl hunting season for the purpose of killing waterfowl.

13.40.030 - Swimming in prohibited areas.

It is unlawful for any person to swim in any area designated as a no swimming area, or more than tree hundred feet from the shore outside the boundaries of a marked swimming area unless accompanied by a boat manned by a competent operator.

13.40.040 - Owners' responsibility.

It is unlawful for any person owning, possessing or in charge of any boat to knowingly permit such boat to be operated in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.

13.40.060 - Houseboats on lakes.

It is unlawful for a person to launch or use any houseboat or similar watercraft upon the waters of a lake when such boat is equipped or furnished with sink drains, toilets, flush toilets, or any other device designed for the disposal of waste products, unless such fixes are sealed or are connected to an on-board, water-tight waste store compartment designed to discharge the waste collected therein to an on-shore disposal facility and there is a shoreside pump-out facility available at such lake.
