10.34.010 - Unlawful to tease, injure, or kill any dog used by the Fresno County sheriff's department.

It is unlawful for any person to torture, tease, torment, beat, kick, strike, mutilate, injure, disable, or kill any dog used by the Fresno County sheriffs department, or in the custody of said department, or its designated handlers, or to wilfully interfere with any such dog while it is being used in the performance of any of the functions or duties of the department.
