§ 8.08.010. Making false reports prohibited.¶

It is unlawful for any person to wilfully make to the law enforcement agency of the city, or any deputies thereof, or to the district attorney or any of his deputies, or to the city attorney or any of his deputies, any false, misleading or unfounded reports for the purpose of inducing or causing to be issued a complaint, for indictment against any person, firm or corporation.
