Fountain Valley Municipal Code Ch. 10.68 Appeals

Any person denied a permit or aggrieved by any direction, order or decision of the traffic committee or city traffic engineer may appeal to the city council. Such appeal must be in writing and filed with the city clerk. The city council shall hear the appeal at the next regular council meeting or as soon thereafter as possible.
