§ 16.44.010. Superintendent's duty.

It shall be the duty of the superintendent to enforce the provisions of this title. If at any time the superintendent finds any operator is violating any of the provisions of this title, he may order immediate compliance. If immediate compliance is not obtained, the superintendent shall order immediate cessation of operations. The operator shall immediately comply with the order of the superintendent to cease and shall not resume any operations until written approval by the superintendent is had.
