§ 15.16.010. Designated.¶
The city council of the city hereby designates very high fire hazard severity zones as identified by the State Fire Marshal recommended by the Director of the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection and as designated on a map titled “City of Etna – Siskiyou County Local Responsibility Area Fire Very High Hazard Severity Zones,” dated January 22, 2025, and retained on file at the Etna City Hall.
