§ 9.32.010. Display of sexually explicit material harmful to minors.

No harmful matter, as defined in California Penal Code Section 313, shall be displayed in a public place, other than a public place from which minors are excluded, unless blinder racks are placed in front of the materials so that the lower two-thirds of the material is not exposed to view. Any such harmful matter shall be placed at a minimum height of three feet above the ground, measuring from the bottom of the material.
