§ 10.20.080. Riding or parking on sidewalk unlawful.

It is declared unlawful for any person to ride or park a bicycle upon any sidewalk in the city.

§ 10.20.090. Impoundment for violation.

The police department of the city or any members thereof may impound and retain possession of any bicycle operated in violation of the provisions of this article, and retain possession of the same for a period of not more than 90 days. None of the penalties imposed by this section is exclusive of the others and the enforcement of one of said penalties is not dependent upon enforcement of the others.

§ 10.20.100. Violation an infraction.

It is unlawful and constitutes an infraction for any person to violate or fail to comply with any provision of this chapter.
