Emeryville Municipal Code Ch. 11 Dangerous Buildings Code

For the purpose of providing minimum standards to safeguard life, limb, health, property, and the public welfare, the "1997 Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings" including its appendices, as published by the International Conference of Building Officials, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Building Official for public record and inspection, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as though set forth in this chapter in full, and said code shall be known as the "Abatement of Dangerous Buildings Code of the City of Emeryville."
